The Douglas Library - Friends of the Douglas Library

About Our Organization
The Friends of the Douglas Library meet monthly at the Douglas Library.  Guests are always welcome meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of every month.  You can visit our interactive calendar for the exact dates involved.

The purpose of our organization is to promote the Douglas Library awareness and supplementally finance books, equipment, services, and programs through the efforts of volunteers.  Our small group of volunteers work toward this goal, and we welcome all who have an interest in joining in our endeavors.  Whatever contribution one can lend, great or small, is needed and appreciated.

Our membership is diverse; with all ages, interests, and commitments represented.  We do all have a common interest -- supporting the Douglas Library of Hebron.

Crafts and Gifts Available from the Friends
In the days ahead we will be adding full-color photographs of the crafts and gifts we make by hand to our Web page.  You will be able to view information about each craft, see it in detail, view pricing information, and submit an order online.  We will not be taking credit card orders online, but instead will reserve your item until you can come into the library and purchase it.
